Pre-Purchased
Pre-Purchased agreements include a combination of on-site days and
telephone/remote login hours. A typical mid-sized plan would include:
- 12 Days of On-site Support per Year
- 20 Hours of Telephone/Remote Login Support per Month
These plans are flexible and can be modified to match your company's
needs.
Pay-on-Demand
Pay-on-Demand service agreements are even simpler. These agreements
consist of a one or two-day initial service visit, followed by
additional days or telephone/remote login support as required at a
reduced rate. The initial visit allows us to get to know your
systems and key employees and perhaps set-up remote login.
General Service Visits
Even without one of these agreements, you can give us a call and
schedule any number of individual service visit days or telephone
support hours.
