Service Agreements


It is often difficult to justify a full time employee for your company's niche computer system administration demands. Likewise, it is unfair to expect your IT employees, or worse yet, your end users, to maintain the many varied systems it takes to run your company.

CompuCrew offers a low cost yet highly effective solution to this problem, Pre-Purchased or Pay-on-Demand service agreements. Through a combination of on-site, telephone, and remote login, CompuCrew can implement and maintain the computer systems required to keep your company running smoothly.

Pre-Purchased
Pre-Purchased agreements include a combination of on-site days and telephone/remote login hours. A typical mid-sized plan would include:

  • 12 Days of On-site Support per Year
  • 20 Hours of Telephone/Remote Login Support per Month

These plans are flexible and can be modified to match your company's needs.

Pay-on-Demand
Pay-on-Demand service agreements are even simpler. These agreements consist of a one or two-day initial service visit, followed by additional days or telephone/remote login support as required at a reduced rate. The initial visit allows us to get to know your systems and key employees and perhaps set-up remote login.

General Service Visits
Even without one of these agreements, you can give us a call and schedule any number of individual service visit days or telephone support hours.
